The water element represents our earthly instincts: sleep, sex, sustance, survival

We are mostly water, as is our planet, after all! Think about what affects the tides. You are a mini-earth and those same tides occur on your planet. So – see the planet, you get to see who you are.

God created us to see what it is. We are the projection of God. We are what God looks like. Of course, we can only see what we can understand, but there are micro-macrocosms everywhere to help us out with that understanding. As we build the sun to consume the moon – when the sun is below the moon, it dries those attachments we are no longer at the mercy of the gravitational pull of the physical plane. The laws of the physical plane cease to have impact.
